"As a fitness cover model with 9 years of personal training experience (starting in 2002), I specialize in changing peoples lives with High Performance Personal Training. I was born and raised in Huntington Beach California. At age 15 I moved to a small town in Missouri of a thousand people where I lived with my dad. I never knew such a life existed, talk about culture shock! There I took full advantage of the simple fact that there was nothing to do. Living there I only asked for Karate, Kick Boxing and Jujitsu training gear so I could fine tune my skills as a Martial Artist since the age of 7. Within a year I had a full Dojo in my basement where I used to practice seven days a week. In addition I would go to a kick boxing/Judo school at the nearest town 35 minutes away three days a week. Never in a million years would I have realized that this experience would be such a defining moment in my life!  Through this experience I learned the power of discipline. I was given a positive outlet to channel my energy, which allowed me a great opportunity to realize how much of an impact fitness had in bringing self confidence and happiness into my life. At 31 years of age, fitness has helped bring me so much positive energy. I am extremely passionate about sharing this incredible feeling with others because I know all the great things it's helped bring to me."
