I've
done
several
"other"
boot

but
the
first
week
I
started
Mr.

I

240
lbs
I am
now
at
219
lbs.

so
pleased

that
I
just
started
doing
one
on
one
personal
training
sessions
to
further
sculpt
my
body
and
will
post
more
photos
when
I
have
reached
my
goal
of
185
lbs.

This workout has
been awesome. Initially, I signed up to get in shape for my
wedding, but this has become a new lifestyle for me. Ruben
is a great trainer and an even better person. I finally have
motivation and accountability to stay in shape and feel GOOD
about myself. The stairs are not as scary as they sound and
the boxing class is super fun and gives me tons of
confidence. Saturday mornings at the beach are great - so
much better than being stuck inside a gym. Great people,
great workout, reasonable price. I am a happy customer. : )

I signed up for the 8 Week Intensive
Fat Loss Bootcamp program. I have to tell you the results I
experienced are by far the best I have achieved in
comparison with weight loss attempts and diet plans I have
tried in the past. I lost an average of 2-3 pounds per
week (20 lbs total) over the
course of program, which is a healthy weight loss rate, and
have noticeably increased my cardio capacity and energy
level. Jason is very strict and even though you may not like
it, he will tell you the truth on a weekly basis of what you

students. Everyone is at a different fitness level and the
classes are organized so everyone can work at their own
pace. Having the personal touch and weekly accountability,
in both diet and exercise, is something you won’t get from
trying to follow diet programs from books---which are the
diet programs I’ve attempted to do in the past. If you
follow Jason’s Fat Loss Bootcamp program exactly as it is
laid out, you will definitely achieve results. It won’t be
easy in the beginning, but it gets easier as you go along,
and eventually it becomes more a part of your daily
routine. If you are serious about finally losing weight, I
highly recommend the 8 Week Fat Loss program as an
outstanding way to get you started.
