I found Jason and his program on
google while I was looking for a change and what a change he and the program
have made.
I've been going to the bodyscuplting group program and been on Jason's diet
program for about 2 months now and I have learned so much and feel so much
better. I have always been an active person and had a gym membership since I was
a freshmen in high school, but let me tell you, after one or two sessions with
Ruben, one of the trainers, I had never been so sore in my life. My arms and
legs literally were in shock mode.
I came to the conclusion with only two workouts that the 4-5 years of going back
and forth to the gym was a total waste of time. Ruben and Barry always motivate
me and push me to the next level. They always make sure I am eating well and
feeling good. If I am ever sore or have pains in certain areas of the body, they
modify workouts to avoid straining the area or areas more.
I also went on the Jason's online diet program and I lost about 8 pounds in two
months. Before I started Jason's program, I lost 15 pounds or so on my
own. Losing the last few pounds are the hardest so that is why I looked to Jason
and the trainers for help. Jason's diet is intense, but following exactly and
working out correctly, you will get results very quickly. To be honest, as a
college student, it was VERY hard and yeah I did cheat here and there, but the
program helped me a lot not only to lose weight, but to gain knowledge about
fitness and eating correctly.
People always think starving will get you to their goal weight, but they and I
were wrong. Jason's diet program taught me to eat right and make life changes to
what and how I eat. After going through the diet program, I changed my diet
significantly, cutting out most if not all of the bad foods I used to eat.

exercises and workout structure designed to produce visible shaping and reducing
effects as quickly as possible. Most other trainers and programs just "do
